As the largest town in size East of the Mississippi River, we are tasked with patrolling an enormous area (300 square miles).

It is believed that Pittsburg is actually the largest town ( by square miles) in the continental United States.

We work closley with, not only area municipal police agencies, but also the New Hampshire State Police from Troop F, New Hampshire Fish & Game, Border Patrol & Protection, the Coos County Sheriffs Department, Vermont and Maine police agencies and area Fire Departments including 45th Parallel EMS services.

We have, in addition to a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe police cruiser, a state of the art command post trailer, a Can-AM Commander 1000 side-by-side, a Cam-Am Outlander XT atv, a Ford Utility F-450 truck and trailers that house our OHRV equipment to include: two Skidoo snow machines.
