Maple Sugaring

Every spring (March generally) many local folks taps the sugar maple trees and when the sap flows, the sugar house begin boiling to create the wonderfully sugary delight that tops pancakes and more! Often local sugar houses are open for people to visit to see how the process is done. Visit a local sugar house and take home a bottle of this favorite topping.
