Blessing of the Bikes, Colebrook NH

An annual event featuring cookouts, poker run, a motorcycle rodeo, parade and events in the scenic North Country. The Blessing of the Bikes takes place at the beautiful Our Lady of Grace Shrine. The monument has stood since 1948; it was originally built as a tribute of thanksgiving to Our Lady of Grace for 25 years of blessings and protection of the Oblates in northern New Hampshire. Today there are more than 50 monuments at the site, which has become a spiritual center. Every June just after Laconia's Bike Week, hundreds of motorcycles make the trek to the shrine for the annual "Blessing of the Bikes."

From the village of Pittsburg, you will find the Shrine of our Lady Grace approximately 20 miles south on Rte 3.
